To follow the Statutory School Organisation process for changes in SEN Provision
Reason for Decision:
The Local Authority has a statutory duty to meet the needs of children and young people with a Statement of Special Educational Need (SEN). Following publication of the Statutory Notice and Proposal, there have not been any objections recieved during the 4 week consultation period.
