The fees and charges are reviewed annually to ensure they remain competitive within the market and support the Council's budget strategy

Risks Associated with this Decision:
Charges are set above market rate an customers choose to access services provided by competitors thus creating a budget pressure
Measures to Redress Risk:
Charges are set with reference to the Council's Budget strategy but also considerable market analysis to ensure services are charged in-line with both demand and competitors.
Anti Poverty / Human Rights / Agenda 21 Implications:
Charges are set to remove, where possible, finance as a barrier to participation for those who are financially disadvantaged and so allow people to gain the physical and mental benefits accessing these services provide.
