We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Swimming Instructors to work within the Council's public swimming pools. The following hours are available (50 weeks per year)
1 x 7 hours per week
1 x 13.25 hours per week
1 x 18 hours per week
1 x 17.5 hours per week
Leisure Investment Services are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals with vision, flair and excellent customer care skills. The successful candidates will be part of an inspired and successful team who have a proven track record in achieving high quality results and delivering an excellent service through our swim school programme.
Ideally we are looking for instructors with first hand experience of working in the Leisure Industry, who enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills with a good understanding of service delivery.
If you have the relevant experience plus the ability to maintain a demanding work load and assist with the development of new initiatives relating to swim teaching, this position would be ideal for you. You must be flexible in terms of hours of work, and you may be required to work at any of the departments’ swimming pools.
If you hold a current A.S.A. level 1 level Teachers Certificate (essential), level 2 (desirable) or S.T.A. equivalent and you have the skills and experience to add value to our swim school programme then we would like to hear from you.
